Styrene butadiene rubber based multipurpose polymer bonding agent cum cement mortar modifier for mortar and concrete

Uses

1. Used as a bonding agent to integrate old and new concrete in typical patch repair situation and cold joints
2. Used as mortar modifier to enhance the properties of site mixed cement mortar to achieve better elasticity upon hardening
3. Can be used as modifier of cement slurry to provide elastic properties to the cement paste which can be applied as a water proofing coating for retaining or
   excluding un-pressurized water
